About us

“At the heart of every scientific breakthrough lies not only rigorous research, but also the people who carry it out. I believe that great discoveries are born from harmony, trust, and the joy of working together”

From the very beginning, I envisioned a team where scientific excellence and human values go hand in hand.

Each member of our group has been chosen not only for their expertise, but also for their spirit of collaboration and openness. We believe that kindness, respect, and diversity are just as essential as technical skills, because science flourishes in an environment where people feel safe, supported, and inspired.

I see the laboratory not merely as a workplace, but as a true community. For me, collaboration is not a slogan, but a daily practice.

Every voice matters, and every contribution is valued — regardless of one’s role, degree, or experience. I strive to cultivate a culture where ideas can be shared openly, creativity is nurtured, and teamwork serves as the driving force of innovation.

It is precisely this spirit of unity and collaboration that inspired the name of this website: Team-Mari.

Team Mari

More than just a name, it reflects the values that define us — openness, support, and collective growth.

La Team-Mari is a welcoming space for newcomers at all career stages. We are committed to mentoring, learning from one another, and growing together. Whether at the bench or in discussions, we encourage curiosity, resilience, and mutual support. Everyone helps each other, because collective success is our greatest achievement.
